4 or more nails missing is considered a full set.

being 15+ minutes late will result in a canceled appointment unless mentioned & accommodated beforehand.

After the 3rd cancellation or no-show, a deposit of $20 will be required to book again. (does not include reschedules)

please message me when you arrive and stay in your car or the lobby until i text you to come back. note that if youre early, i may not be ready until our scheduled appointment time.
